In the beginning the man upstairs created the heavens and earth. It just so happens the rest was left up to we the people to keep life alive and well. We the people need motivation to keep up with the changing times. Have you ever heard the expression "there is no such word as can't?" Well in the beginning of this word is there is a "can." Can is a powerful word no matter how used. Just a few examples: I can, you can, and we can; let's just put this powerful word "can" to work. Life is two different jobs including your daily employment for cash then there is yourself; a job to stay healthy in order to see the changing of time. There are downfalls such as not taking care of you; many of these downfalls lead to other unexpected complications. Myself, life has been a beautiful chore, I never expected getting ran over by a drunk driver at the age of seventeen and I did not expect multiple surgeries caused by the intoxicated driver, I didn't expect putting on pounds, allowing myself to become obese and eventually being diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. I have had a broke neck, right down to an evil step-father and these adversities have made me stronger. I have learned a lot and still have many questions, but what I have learned thus far I would like to share with we the people.

   The first experience I want to touch on is diabetes, being obese to being in the best shape of my life because of diet and exercise. I lost over 100 pounds my plan is to be able to see the changing of time. I have enough problems and I do not need the health issues brought on by diabetes to get in my way; as we all know it causes too many complications.

    Changing times have to do with seeing your children and their children enjoy life, and I want nothing more than to be able to experience life changes with all of them. You'll never know if they will become a doctor, lawyer or President of the United States, the youngsters in our lives are what is going to keep this world spinning. Let's stick around and see what happens. Motivation, I can, we can, you can; strong words to live by, but we can do it.
